Viking Riverboat Idun

I thought you all might like to see some pictures of the ship. First I will start with our room. Here is the hall, our bed and the bathroom. All very cozy.

Now we move on to the Internet Café, Library, Gift Shop and the Reception Desk.

This is the coffee corner, the sun deck and our officers.

Here is the only bar, the main dining room and the Aquavit Terrace Dining. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were server in the Main Dining Room. But on most days you could get a lighter lunch or dinner at the Aquavit Terrace. This was in the front of the boat where the windows opened up and you had tables in and out. We ate most of our lunch and dinners up there as it was quieter than the dining room and the food was delicious. Lunch and dinner came with wine and beer and breakfast came with mimosas, if you so desired.

Lastly here are some pictures of the Aquavit Terrace, with a couple showing us as we go through the lock. Then there are some of the dining room, one of the nights that we all went to dinner there. Our cruise director and our Captain are in the next picture. I end with the most important people that we met, Ivan and Krista. These were our bartenders and they took really good care of us. The final picture was of one of our entertainers.
